Our Mission

Gut Routines starts with the idea to communicate awareness of multiple related issues regarding the Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) with a pathway to address it on the individual level.

The main challenge of the S.A.D. is the detrimental ingredients consumed plus the low level of nutrition digested leading to the development of serious preventable illnesses over time.

Traditionally, sources of this diet has been fast food restaurants and most of the grocery store aisles with ultra-processed edibles facilitated by convenience and budget-friendly pricing.

However, years of the S.A.D. lifestyle resulting in severe and costly medical conditions has Americans asking: what else can be done?
